Note that the signer must appear in person with their ID (physical presence required in WA for standard notarizations). ID must be current or expired no more than 3 years, with photo + signature (standard WA acceptable IDs: WA DL/ID, passport, military ID, etc.).
Per notarial act
Most services are charged on a per-act basis, which is the standard and legal structure in Washington. Each notarization (e.g., one acknowledgment, one oath, one certified copy) is priced individually.
If a document has multiple signatures that require notarization, each one is typically a separate act.
At Mount Spokane Mobile Notary, the base fee is $15 for the first stamp (notarial act), then $5 for each additional stamp afterward.
Notary Services: Inside of Spokane County is $35
($15 base fee + travel fee $20 = $35)
Outside of Spokane County is $55
($15 base fee + travel fee $40 = $55)
